How to Create a Tunnel Book with Graphic 45

Hi dear crafty friends! Now that my two year term as a Graphic 45 Grand Ambassador is almost coming to an end I went over all the projects I made and realized there are some I didn’t share here. One of them is How to Create a Tunnel Book with Graphic 45.     How to Create a Tunnel Book with Graphic 45 But first a few words on tunnel books… Tunnel books are made up of a series of pages that are held together by folded strips of paper on each side. In fact, the sides of a tunnel book might make you think of an accordion. The overall effect of a tunnel book is to create the illusion of depth and perspective.       I created this book with the Enchanted Forest collection. Since it’s full of castles, princesses and all things fairy tales I thought it would be great to create a story in a box, …

Accordion Mini Album in a Box with Graphic 45

Hi dear crafty friends! Today I want to share with you a really fun project: Accordion Mini Album in a Box with Graphic 45. Don’t worry I will not leave you with just photos of this project…there is also a tutorial!     Accordion Mini Album in a Box with Graphic 45 I created this mini album in a box with two of my favorite Graphic 45 products: Secret Garden paper collection and the mixed media box that comes with cut squares for you to use as coasters, tags, mini album pages or cards.          The steps for this project are easy. First you need to cover the inside and outside of the box and then create the accordion mini album. Once the two pieces are ready it’s just a matter of combining them into one project.       Check out How to Create an Accordion in a Box Mini Album by Einat Kessler on Snapguide.   …

One Page Box with Fussy Cut Embellishments

Hi dear crafty friends! You know how i love creating projects from only one sheet of paper. So today I’m sharing my new project: One Page Box with Fussy Cut Embellishments. It’s so easy to make you’ll be amazed!     One Page Box with Fussy Cut Embellishments For this project, I used the amazing Nature Sketchbook collection. It has so many beautiful images that I could cut out and use as embellishments on my little box. I layered the images and added chipboard underneath some of them to add extra dimension.       If you don’t have Nature Sketchbook papers don’t worry, because this project will be great with any papers you have. As long as you have images to fussy cut, you can create this box with any paper collection! When fussy cutting, use sharp scissors. Instead of turning the scissors while you cut, turn the paper. That’ll make the cutting faster and more accurate. It would be …

Three Cards – One Paper with Graphic 45

Hi dear crafty friends! Today I’m sharing a really cool project: Three Cards – One Paper with Graphic 45. This project is not only fun and easy to create it only takes 60 seconds!!     Three Cards – One Paper with Graphic 45 All you need for this project is one double sided 12×12 pattern cardstock. I used the Secret Garden paper collection by Graphic 45. I really love this collection even though it has light pastel colors and it is not typically me. However it is great for projects like this when you want to create soft and pretty cards.         All the directions on how to create these three cards from just one piece of 12×12 paper are in the video tutorial. Secret Garden Album in a Box

Hi dear crafty friends! Today I want to share with you my Secret Garden Album in a Box made for the Graphic 45 design team. You know I love boxes. They seem to capture my imagination and I always try to come up with new ways of incorporating them in my projects. So I took a box and made it into a mini album…     Secret Garden Album in a Box At first glance it might seem like a regular box that I covered with papers and embellished. But this box is actually a mini album…        To create this mini album box I used the Graphic 45 kraft ATC box. I love its size and that it’s deep and can fit a lot inside. I cut the side of the box and attached a binding mechanism. This way the box is both a box and the cover for the mini album. Then I added the pages of …

Nesting Boxes with Graphic 45

Hi dear crafty friends! Today I’m sharing my Nesting Boxes with Graphic 45 amazing Fairy Dust paper collection. These boxes are just the perfect fit for this collection and its magical look.     Nesting Boxes with Graphic 45 Do you know what Matryoshka dolls are? These are similar to those dolls that are nested one inside the other. I decided to create Matryoshka boxes. The idea is three boxes in different sizes that fit one inside of the other. Each box fits neatly inside the next and comes decorated with all the fussy cut fairies imagery.         To create this project I used both the 12×12 and 8×8 paper sizes as well as the sticker page. This project is so fun! You can keep the boxes tucked in together or display them apart. . Two important things you need to remember when creating a box that has cards, a mini album, or any other project in …
