Nesting Boxes with Graphic 45

Hi dear crafty friends!

Today I'm sharing my Nesting Boxes with Graphic 45 amazing Fairy Dust paper collection. These boxes are just the perfect fit for this collection and its magical look.

Do you know what Matryoshka dolls are? These are similar to those dolls that are nested one inside the other. I decided to create Matryoshka boxes. The idea is three boxes in different sizes that fit one inside of the other. Each box fits neatly inside the next and comes decorated with all the fussy cut fairies imagery.

To create this project I used both the 12x12 and 8x8 paper sizes as well as the sticker page. This project is so fun! You can keep the boxes tucked in together or display them apart. .

Two important things you need to remember when creating a box that has cards, a mini album, or any other project in it. First, don’t embellish the project with bulky elements so your box will be able to close easily. Second, use a thick enough cardstock that can stand on its own as a box. If you don't have that use chipboard to build the box and then cover it with papers.

There is a full step by step tutorial with all the measurements of the boxes in the VIP Room. If you want to create this project and many more join the VIP Room here! There is also an amazing 13arts box full of supplies waiting for you as a giveaway in the VIP Room until the end of February so now is a great time to join!
