One Page Wonder Interactive Mini Album

Hi dear crafty friends! Today I want to share my farewell project for the Graphic 45 design team: One Page Wonder Interactive Mini Album. I had a lot of fun creating it and before you ask for a tutorial I promise to make one for you.     One Page Wonder Interactive Mini Album As a final project, I wanted to create something that is really me. This project is me in all sorts of ways. First, it’s a one-page wonder project which you know I love. It features one of my all-time favorite collection: Steampunk Debutante. It has an interactive mechanism in it and it utilizes a lot of leftovers, which is something I always challenge myself to do.           The mini album was created from one 12×12 black cardstock. I then covered its pages with the pattern paper and added the flaps and pockets. The binding is a really simple binding with a ribbon. It was hard to capture all the details in this mini …

How to Create a Tunnel Book with Graphic 45

Hi dear crafty friends! Now that my two year term as a Graphic 45 Grand Ambassador is almost coming to an end I went over all the projects I made and realized there are some I didn’t share here. One of them is How to Create a Tunnel Book with Graphic 45.     How to Create a Tunnel Book with Graphic 45 But first a few words on tunnel books… Tunnel books are made up of a series of pages that are held together by folded strips of paper on each side. In fact, the sides of a tunnel book might make you think of an accordion. The overall effect of a tunnel book is to create the illusion of depth and perspective.       I created this book with the Enchanted Forest collection. Since it’s full of castles, princesses and all things fairy tales I thought it would be great to create a story in a box, …

Inside: how to make an easy and simple accordion mini albumin a box    Making mini albums especially interactive mini albums and making boxes are two of my favorite things to make. So I thought why not combine these two passions of mine into one project! This project is especially easy and simple because I’ve used a ready made box instead of making it from scratch.       WHAT IS AN ACCORDION PHOTO ALBUM   Accordion mini album is a type o a mini album that is folded in a concertina shape. That allows you to add photos on both sides of the mini album, which adds extra space or phoos and journaling.   PROS AND CONS FOR MAKING A MINI ACCORDION BOOK   PROS   There is room for photos in the front and back of each page. It can have an unlimited number of pages because it is not limited by a front or back cover. …

One Page Box with Fussy Cut Embellishments

Hi dear crafty friends! You know how i love creating projects from only one sheet of paper. So today I’m sharing my new project: One Page Box with Fussy Cut Embellishments. It’s so easy to make you’ll be amazed!     One Page Box with Fussy Cut Embellishments For this project, I used the amazing Nature Sketchbook collection. It has so many beautiful images that I could cut out and use as embellishments on my little box. I layered the images and added chipboard underneath some of them to add extra dimension.       If you don’t have Nature Sketchbook papers don’t worry, because this project will be great with any papers you have. As long as you have images to fussy cut, you can create this box with any paper collection! When fussy cutting, use sharp scissors. Instead of turning the scissors while you cut, turn the paper. That’ll make the cutting faster and more accurate. It would be …

This project is not only fun and easy to create it only takes 60 seconds!!     Three Cards – One Paper with Graphic 45 All you need for this project is one double sided 12×12 pattern cardstock. Secret Garden Album in a Box

Hi dear crafty friends! Today I want to share with you my Secret Garden Album in a Box made for the Graphic 45 design team. You know I love boxes. They seem to capture my imagination and I always try to come up with new ways of incorporating them in my projects. So I took a box and made it into a mini album…     Secret Garden Album in a Box At first glance it might seem like a regular box that I covered with papers and embellished. But this box is actually a mini album…        To create this mini album box I used the Graphic 45 kraft ATC box. I love its size and that it’s deep and can fit a lot inside. I cut the side of the box and attached a binding mechanism. This way the box is both a box and the cover for the mini album. Then I added the pages of …

Jumbo Kenya Mini Album with Graphic 45
