Black background Mini Album

Hi dear crafty friends! Today i want to share with you my new Black background Mini Album. I realized that unless I’m working with Graphic 45 papers I don’t use black cardstock to construct my mini albums. So I decided to try it!     Black background Mini Album I decided to combine the black base of the mini album with a very floral paper collection especially for the coming spring. To my surprise it turned out really well. The black compliments the bright colors and makes them pop! In this 8×8 mini album I included all kinds of interactive mechanisms. I liked the black background so much I even left some of the pages and elements uncovered and only embellished.               How about you? have you ever created a Black background Mini Album? I hope you’ll find the right paper collection and try it. the result is really beautiful! Don’t miss out! Keep up …

Well… I liked it so much I decided to create the Nesting Boxes version 2.      Nesting Boxes version 2 I was not the only one who really liked them. Here are a few photos of the three boxes I made with Hello Spring papers by Echo Park. These papers have a really happy, colorful and bright vibe to them. New Online Classes

One of my great passions is teaching. Being able to share my knowledge with others, inspire them and help them create fills my life with joy. For awhile I’ve been searching for a way to teach beyond the weekly Saturday MIXTRAVAGANZA video tutorials which are limited in time and content volume and I’m happy I found a way. My new online classes are all hosted on a private classroom that gives me, as a teacher, the option to teach in a variety of tools like PDF files, links, video tutorials and more as well as interact with my students. Each class has a class forum that is dedicated to the class subject only and allows the student to ask me questions, interact with each other and upload their projects. Each online class is self paced and can be watched as many times as needed. You get a life long access to all the content in the class. There are many …

Childhood Memories mini album

I just love Pink Paislee’s Hope Chest collection and lucky that I do because I was asked to teach a class using this collection. I created this mini album from start to finish including building the cover, a technique I really love! I incorporated the beautiful images on the papers on the cover and the inside pages, which gave the mini album a shabby chic feeling of old times and nostalgic days. I also used some fun mixed media techniques, hand made embellishments, fussy cutting and different materials like canvas, metal and chipboard. Have fun creating!Einat
